Programme Structure

The programme consists of 7 sessions, a mix of 90-minute and 60-minute sessions, which can be delivered in-person or online.

Session Breakdown

  1. Introduction and Assessment: A 60-minute session to discuss your goals and expectations, and to assess your current situation.

  2. Healing Past Wounds: A 90-minute CjMindCleanseMethod session to identify and address past hurts and limiting beliefs.

  3. Developing Self-Awareness: A 90-minute session to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

  4. Discovering Your Soul Purpose: A 90-minute Soul Plan Reading session to gain clarity on your life's direction.

  5. Identifying Your Values: A 60-minute session to understand what truly matters to you.

  6. Creating Your Vision: A 60-minute session to create a vision for your future.

  7. Action Planning: A 90-minute session to set goals and create a plan to achieve them.

Investment

Next Steps

To maximise the impact of this programme, we recommend starting the sessions on the week beginning 26th November 2023. This will allow you to keep the momentum and maintain consistency throughout the journey.
